I found the staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and yoghurt. The hotel even had a prep area for dogs. There was lots of dog treats available for furry friends.
My room seemed a bit small. The bathroom did appear dated.

A very good breakfast got served in the conservatory, it had a sea view. The menu selection changed each night. This made it interesting. I found the breakfast really good, with fresh fruit and yoghurt.

The room included fresh milk in the fridge. I had a coffee maker and water available. The beds feel comfy and bedding and pillows feel crisp. I liked the zero-wash products in bathroom.

I liked the beautiful building with nice decorations. the staff were helpful, happy, and chatty. I thought they were lovely overall. breakfast offered wonderful food and a sea view. It was a nice start to the day! complimentary electric car charging was available. I really appreciated this.
The bar drinks seemed very pricey. I wish they were more affordable.

The room was really clean. the carpet looked to be in perfect condition. I think the refurbished room was excellent. the bed was comfortable, so i had no issues sleeping! the room featured good amenities.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the hotel has direct sea views and access. the gardens had good facilities. the hotel is situated close to walking routes. It's very accessible.

Superb stay!

The room decor really impressed me (it felt so cute!). Breakfast featured a wide variety of hot options alongside buffet fruit, greek yogurt, cereals, breads, and pastries. I definitely want to return again since the staff are great and it is a great hotel.
The check-in process seemed long. I think it should be more streamlined for quicker service.

The rooms were spacious and well kept with lovely decor that matched the manor's style. the beds are comfy. Such features were very nice to observe. The rooms also include in-room fridges, coffee machines, water, and milk, all very useful.

The staff was really good, friendly, and always helpful. The staff welcomed us early, VERY helpful. When we returned after the funeral we attended, the staff gave us a warm room with complementary hot drinks and biscuits.

Guests have access to the sister hotel's leisure facilities. These include a pool, hot tub, and sauna. I could find a lounge stocked with board games for those wet days. What a thoughtful touch!

The hotel breakfast was superb, with very attentive servers. I ate at the sister hotel restaurant and the cream tea and savory tea was amazing. They served superb evening meals (i particularly enjoyed the fish).
